Apple released xcode 4 yesterday which they decided not to be given to public for free!
However, if you try getting it from the weblink on their site, it gives you error saying that this application is not available in your country, but is available in US, giving you an option to change your Apple store country.
However, if you change the country of your store, and try again, it still says, that the item isn’t available.
So how to fix it? simply open Apple store and search for the item (xcode 4 in this case ) and purchase your download from there!
