This might not be a serious bug or error in google webmasters tools script but is definitely a bug so thought about sharing it with you guys!
Today when I logged into google webmasters tools for my website I saw a message from webmasters tools asking me to upgrade my wordpress installation to latest version (which already is on the latest version and no new version is released on 30th september 2011 by wordpress)
The message said:
Dear site owner or webmaster of http://nabtron.com/,
Your site appears to be running an older version of WordPress. Google recommends that you update to the latest release. Older or unpatched software may be vulnerable to hacking or malware that can hurt your users. To download the latest release, visit the WordPress download page.
If you have any additional questions about why you are receiving this message, Google has provided more background information in a blog post about this subject.
Best wishes,

Well, this message is not going to do any harm as such, but made me wonder if google’s bot is so inaccurate in detecting the website architecture and related stuff, how many other errors it might be having along with it too!
Not to mention, there are some other bugs and errors too (were many in the past – some fixed in recent update this week) which I’ll be posting soon too!
