Right now all googles page rank data centers are going down. Maybe this is why all the websites are having old PR right now.
If you try checking google pr on all their datacenters they give this (for nabtron.com):

Hey I also notice the same, But I dont understand why. Google might have made push them down for some reason. Some body told me that they are going to remove the PR in future and thus server will nev er weak up. I m not sure do any one have extra knowledge about this news?

Google Pagerank server did not down.. google change there toolbar search url..
