Apple Launched the iPad Tablet for $499

After so many rumors and news regarding the fabulous device by Apple, the fabulous and extraordinary device is finally launched. It’s not only beautiful and sleek in design but also alot powerful at it’s core. The Apple new iPad.

The iPad’s core is shared by iPhone OS and have all the features that the iPhone OS have along with many new features. It runs all the 140,000 iPhone apps (in both standard, and full screen mode). The builtin onboard accelerometer makes it possible to use it in portrait or landscape mode.

The specs of the new iPad device by Apple include:

• 9.7 inch IPS multitouch display
• 1GHz in-house processor chip by Apple
• Builtin memory is optional with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB as options
• Battery time is upto 10 hours in active mode and upto a month in standby mode!
• Builtin wifi
• Optional 3G

Shipping starts in march. The base price for the device with wifi and 16gb memory at $499. More memory and the optional 3G ascends the price upto 829$.
