Look i will share how google paying me, Google pay me monthly basis through western union. for example on 30th May i have $147 USD in my Account so google will pay me that amount on 25th of June and the June earning will be transfer to 25th of July.
I’m not facing any problem regarding this issue always i get my mtcn number easily some time 23rd, 24th or 25th.
Note:- Dont forget to release hold from your payment options.

I didn’t have to do the phone call verification… although they verified home address by sending a pin to my address. The process is pretty much simple though (but lengthy initially!)

They pay you after you reach $100. this can take several months for most people and only after phone call verification and also a mail to your home to verify address. lots of loops you have to jump through. then they send you a paper check or direct deposit to your bank account.
