How to post a job on odesk
If you’re logged in to odesk as contractor profile, change to company profile from top left options.
Post a job link will be visible to you.

Tip: If you’re unable to click the company profile / name from top left, goto odesk profile settings and complete the company profile in order to enable / activate it.
