- Open internet explorer
- Goto: Top menu (if not visible, press alt key to make the top menu visible) > Tools > Internet Options
- Once you are on internet options page, goto: security tab > Internet
- In Internet security settings for internet options of internet explorer 8, if you want to block the javascript simply slide the security level for this zone higher to High to block the scripts (javascript and others) from being executed on the webpage, or else move it to Medium to allow javascript for usual websites. If you want to allow it on all websites then move it to Low
- Apply the settings and press ok. Refresh your webpage or restart your browser (internet explorer 8) in order to make the new settings affective.
This way you can enable or disable javascript in your microsoft internet explorer 8.
