make sure:

1. wifi is working
2. bluetooth is working

and also make sure:

by inserting the At & T sim, the signals arrive or not

I have iphone 3g 05.13.04 baseband FW 3.1.3, installed cydia and ultrasn0w 1.1-1. NO SIGNAL, NO SERVICE.
Tried:
hard reset-15 times
RESET:-20 times
REBOOT:20 times
Restore : 10 times
network reset: 100 times
reset all setting: 50 times.
Sim Pop in-out: 10 times
Change different carrier sim:20 times
install ultrasn0w .093: 5 times
install ultrasn0w 1.0-1 :5 times
install ultrasn0w 1.1-1: 10 times.

cydia fully updated.

I got full network in all carrier. so no issue of low signal. also wifi is working fine

STILL NO LUCK. NO signal in my iphone. Now iphone becomes ipod 8gb.Help me guys.
