I am surprised AdSense is available to publishers in Pakistan.

Google is a U.S. company and it doesn’t need to answer to Pakistani law enforcement. In the past, Google has denied U.S. intelligence access to data but then they can’t really have it all. When it comes to National Security, laws here take a turn and corporations that have a lot at stake cave in for strategic reasons.

When Google blocks access to information it has in a country such as Pakistan, its usually because they don’t think people in Pakistan would care.
