ya, once your iPhone is jailbroken successfully, you can run ultrasn0w on it to unlock it for any carrier

Hello mr nabeel,
i have tried to do it with pwnage tool when it asks me to upgrade baseband i say yes and then i browse for the firmware it says wrong firmware bundle selected,!!!

why don’t you look for factory unlocked iphones in your area and if you find one, sell this one and buy it! (make sure it works for all sims within US first)

Yeah, he was smug and pointed me to a site that says almost any country outside of the US could do it, but not here (in the US).

So I have a brand new 3G and a friend helped me get so far, but then we got stuck.

I tried this. I have TMobile, and they won’t do it. Referred to Apple. They basically just laughed.
