The new device consumed 25GB in 4 days and my usage has not gone up. First I thought it maybe a mistake so I’ve added another 25GB to my plan and it did the same thing again. 25GB in 4 days. No way! I went to Zong office and they have no way to identify which website or application consumed this much data. There were other customers at the office with same complaint. I think Zong is charging customers for the data they are not consuming. There’s no way to prove them wrong. This practice should stop and customers should be charged for honest consumption. Sir i have loaded cards
My account balance was 350
Then i activate the wwekly sms pkg as i had already activatd monthly intrnt 2GB pkg
After i have received the confirmation mag from zong I started messaging bt aftr few tym my balance was zeeeerrrooooooooi
Then i again laod a card credt was 88 bt adtr 2 minutes it was again zerooooi
M so mch confused
Plz help me
I m using i trnt pkg bt my sms pkg didn’t activatd however the confirmation msg was recievd pl hlp me

The same happen to me yesterday … I usually use monthly super card but because of eid and calling to other networks too much i loaded 100 rs yesterday and when i wanted to call tgere was nothing
The humor is i have 9 minutes lift in my super card and they are still there but the balance is disappeared

They sold me the 4G device by saying its the fastest internet in pakistan with speed upto 150Mbps however it hardly go beyond 4Mbps. Further the use of available data limit is also a fraud, it ticks like a timer scale and keep increasing even not being used. within two hours it consumed 7GB of data which is surprisingly unbelievable. The person who came for installation himself said this company is a fraud and selling its product on BIG LIES.
I wasted my money on this product but will never recommend anyone to go for it. its simply not worth it
