While looking on your cpanel(cpanel11 in my case) account main page, you might have noticed the link to Frontpage Extensions. Frontpage extensions are used to allow the user to upload the website/webpages directly from his microsoft office frontpage from his desktop / computer.
To enable this, the frontpage extensions need to be enabled on that particular account. Enabling frontpage extensions on an account also results in some folders creation in the main public_html folder of the server.
Please note, it is recommended not to enable frontpage extensions until and unless the user is sure if he is going to use frontpage extensions on his server. Also enabling and disabling frontpage extensions on a live server might result in data loss and / or security concerns by leaving certain files and directories vulnerable and writable.
